Mark Collett Managing Director
Mark is a qualified electrical engineer having won an apprenticeship with The Westinghouse Corporation after leaving full time education.
During 1988 Mark entered the telecommunications industry and has since set-up and directed a number of businesses. Serial entrepreneur with vast business sense and a wealth of communications technical knowledge.
Outside of work Mark enjoys his family, sailing and cycling.
Dave Atkins Technical Director
Dave is a qualified electronics and communications engineer having completed an HND with GEC Telecommunications.
Dave has over 25 years experience in the telecoms industry, and has held a variety of positions in engineering, and management.
Away from work Dave enjoys spending time with his family, fencing and playing guitar.
Diane Collett Operations Director
Diane has been in the telecommunications industry for over 14 years. Experienced in training, administration and project management, Diane over-views all installations and line plant delivery.
Also a co-founder of Voice over IP Ltd, Diane has experience of WLR 3, WLR 4 and MOPS platforms, ensuring all installations to Prince 2.
Hobbies include running, sailing and family time.
Rose Butterfield Finance Manager
Rose is a qualified Financial Controller, with approaching 10 years’ experience in various areas of business finance.
Since joining IP Office Ltd in April 2006 Rose has modernised accounting processes, migrating to a Sage based package, assisted with the development of a group structure including Voice over IP Ltd and has also introduced and implemented HR Structure and processes.
Outside of work Rose has a young family, studies for further qualifications, loves the outdoors, exercising and dancing.
Richard Hill Sales Manager
Richard is 40 yrs old and has been in sales for most of his career. He has spent the last 14 years working in the Telecommunications industry, 11 of which were spent as a field sales consultant and 2 years were spent as a Call Centre Manager and Technical Trainer.
Richard joined IP Office Ltd as a Senior Sales Consultant in January 2008 before being promoted to Sales Manager in 2009. His reasons for accepting the role at IP Office Ltd were the forward thinking approach of the Company Directors; and the outstanding product portfolio IP Office Ltd offers.
Richards outside interests revolve around family life, sports and his keen interest in singing/song writing.
Robert Rendle Customer Care Manager
Robert is a qualified Electrical Engineer having successfully completed, NVQ Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 in Electrical Design, Distinction level Higher National Diploma & HNC in Electronic Principles.
Since joining IP Office Ltd in 2005 as an apprentice, Rob has become a certified Avaya IP Office, Panasonic KX-TDA/TVM/TDE/NCP & ShoreTel ShoreGear Technician as well as a certified Avaya IP Office Sales Professional.
Rob has enjoyed designing and implementing innovative solutions to resolve business critical issues.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his daughter and learning how to coach football.
